What is the C.R.A.S.H. (Carroll Resources to Advance Safer Highways)  Coalition
An Affiliation of the Carroll County Health Department Westminster, Maryland
CRASH Is a Carroll County comprehensive highway traffic safety task force. It administers seat belt, child safety seat, and young driver / older driver safety programs. 

Meetings are generally the 4th Tuesday, of every other month 9:30 AM Call for date of next meeting 410-876-4819.
